Comments from an inspection in June 2016: Vessel deck heights were higher than expected - 210cm. Only issues were some of the exits to outside decks which were close to 190cm. Modifications to increase the height here would be simple. Exterior needs clean up with owners having done nothing to it since lay up on exterior. A recent engine run at wharf with Mitsubishi attending went without problem and Mitsubishi engineers indicate engines in good condition internally. Hull measurements are as per original build thickness in 95% of areas, minor reduction elsewhere based on certified results. Vessel existing cabins have good space and internal store rooms between cabins on the lower floors could allow additional cabins in a refit. All interior deck heads and panelling in good shape. Some carpets need replacement but a decent refit would yield a good platform in the right market. Engine room, working areas in good shape and had full SOLAS as of 2 years ago and has been laid up since with owners able to reinstate quickly based on flag discussions. The vessel has a lot of uncommitted space that was used previously for fashion shows and could be adjusted easily to gaming/casino options.
